Why is it when something matters to us, we still choose to say the opposite?
Is it because of ego? Or what? Are we really being honest with ourselves? And are we being responsible for our own feelings by doing so? ______________________________ Many of the times it's not that it really doesn't matter, but because we don't want it to matter to us. And ironically, the more we don't want it to matter to us, the more it bothers us. Sometimes we lie to ourselves without even realising it. I think. |
